More info has arrived on Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, including a trailer showing Neku Sakuraba from The World Ends With You as a partner character in Traverse Town. Also mentioned is the ability to control monsters known as dream eaters, who you can use team attacks with using the touch screen. Said cute monsters can also be played with in a separate mode using the 3DS’ augmented reality features, though the fast hard-hitting action is more appealing.

Kingdom Hearts 3D is due out in Japan this Spring, with a release overseas yet to be announced.

Be sure to watch the trailer after the break, and feel free to be as excited as I am.
