Marathon News
Ok guys I am very excited about this!! First of all I’m making this post from my iPod touch I recieved for Christmas…but that’s not what this post is all about.
At Magfest I had the priviledge of hearing a band called Metroid Metal perform. If you have never heard of them head over to www.metroidmetal.com and listen to their music.
Seeing as how we are about to do a Metroid Marathon I sent them an email and they were pretty excited and have offered to donate several cd’s and perhaps t shirts (ok I forgot to ask about t shirts).
The album is titled Varia Suit and I love it, especially the Lower Norfair track.
I can’t wait for this marathon!

Listened to Lower Norfair, that is a really awesome track. Lots of power behind their instrumental sound. It’s cool to see them on board for the marathon!

Love it. Their versions of the main theme and Phendrana Drifts are probably my favorites.
Even though this doesn’t fit my taste in music I cannot say anything other than that they’re awesome for doing this.
I don’t even know how to put into words how awesome their music is. It’s great that they’re donating some CDs for the marathon.
